What we collect

Pull Cheat collects the email address used to create your account, subscription and billing status, and the return-address settings you choose to save. Payments are processed by Stripe; Pull Cheat does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Packing slips and order data

Uploaded TCGplayer packing-slip PDFs are processed in memory to create your order workspace. The uploaded PDF and parsed customer order data are not stored on Pull Cheat's servers and are discarded after the request is completed. Order information remains only in the current browser or app session unless you clear or close it.

Advertising and campaign measurement

When advertising measurement is enabled on the website, Pull Cheat may use the Reddit Pixel to measure page visits and actions such as starting signup, creating an account, beginning a trial, uploading a first packing slip, or starting a subscription. Campaign parameters may be saved in your browser so an action can be attributed to the campaign that introduced you to Pull Cheat. The PullCheat iPhone app does not include advertising tracking. Packing-slip contents, customer names, addresses, card details, passwords, and complete payment information are never sent to advertising analytics.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, provide the service, maintain your subscription, save your requested settings, measure website advertising performance, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Pull Cheat uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for subscription billing, Render for application hosting, and may use Reddit for website advertising measurement. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services under their own privacy terms.

Security and retention

Saved account data is protected using account-scoped database access controls. We retain account, subscription, and saved-setting data while your account is active and as reasonably required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

Your choices

You may update saved settings inside Pull Cheat, cancel billing through the subscription portal, control cookies or site storage through your browser, delete your account from the PullCheat iPhone app, or request account-data deletion by contacting us. In-app account deletion cancels any active Pull Cheat subscription before removing the login and saved settings. Some transaction records may be retained when required by law.
